The Rhode Island Incumbent Worker Training Grant Program is designed to help employers remain competitive and help workers maintain and advance in their careers. Rhode Island Grants provide a 50% or 75% reimbursement for eligible costs on eligible training activities. All Rhode Island employers may apply.
