Workforce Training Fund Programs (WTFP) 

The Workforce Training Fund Program helps address business productivity and competitiveness by providing resources to Massachusetts businesses to fund training for current and newly hired employees. 

The Workforce Training Fund has two paths to finance eligible businesses: 

Express Program 

The Express Program provides employers fast, simple access to grant-funded training to help businesses in Massachusetts respond to emerging needs.  

General Program 

The General Program offers businesses the opportunity to create a customized training program using training providers of their choice with a wide range of training topics to meet a business’s needs.
